SOND3R is a project focused on capturing and celebrating the essence of hospitality through film. Sonder by definition is "the realisation that each random passerby is living a life as vivid and complex as your own". These passerby's are the guests we serve, the colleagues we serve with, and the experiences we share in hospitality are our collective sonder. 

The "3" in SOND3R stands for the past, present, and future of hospitality. This project is a precursor to something much larger in the hopes of serving the hospitality community in the future but until those ambitions are realised this project is here to celebrate our past and present.
